Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal ski resort

Magic moments in the Kleinwalsertal ski resort: Discover a winter wonderland

You can find our ski school in Hirschegg, next to the Walserhaus building at the Heuberg-Arena valley station. With easy access to the ski resort and a convenient connection to the free Walserbus, you’ll be ready to start your lessons in no time.

The Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal ski resort has guaranteed snow at over 1,000 m and goes up to over 2,000 m. In total, there are 130 kilometres of slopes of all difficulty levels and an attractive terrain for freeriding and ski touring awaits. Kleinwalsertal’s location on the northern edge of the Alps has earned it the nickname “Schneeloch” or “snow hole” because of the regular occurrence of “Nordstau”, providing us with abundant snowfalls and unforgettable powder snow days. The Crystal Ground Snowpark in Riezlern, located at the valley station of the Kanzelwandbahn cable cars, is the go-to destination for aspiring freestylers.

Cross-country enthusiasts will have a fantastic time exploring the picturesque trails and appreciating the beautiful surroundings. Three tracks with a total of 50 kilometres of slopes take you through a wonderful natural landscape. If you’re a fan of the skating technique, you’ll love the Steinbock track in Mittelberg/Bödmen – the ultimate training area.

Need ski, snowboard or cross-country ski equipment? Sport Pauli and Sport Edelweiss as well as a ski depot are just a stone’s throw away from our office. We recommend booking your equipment in advance during the peak season.
