Yes. For example, if you book 3 days in the first instance and later book a few days more, the extension card tariff applies; see current price list.

Yes, courses are timed, so that adult courses start 15 minutes later than children's courses (children can arrive accompanied as from 9.30 am and the adult course begins at 9.45 am) and the children are always supervised until collected again by their parents!

Most of our guests are "repeat offenders", which allows us to allocate them to groups directly and without preliminary procedures. With the course ticket each guest is granted assess to our mySports online portal and it is there that your progress is stored at the end of each course.

For those who attend a ski course for the first time, grouping occurs after oral discussions and estimation of skills, age and language. If the assigned group should not seem to be appropriate, you can of course change the group any time.

In general, money is only refunded upon presentation of a doctor's certificate (illness, injury). We have however several offers (extension day...) in order to reduce the "risk" as much as possible! Should there be a problem anyway, we can recalculate or book another course instead!

This should not be a problem, provided that we have a course suitable for you on offer. Please inform our office staff and you will be registered for another course.

In general grouping is done on Sunday and Monday. However, it is also possible for advanced skiers to join an existing group during the week!

Basically, this is possible. However, we request you to make your request for a certain instructor as early as possible by telephone or by e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfil your wish!

The earlier, the better! The courses can be booked or reserved by telephone, by e-mail or directly in the online shop.

Yes, but please book lunch care one day ahead in the office of the respective ski school, but at the latest on the same day before course start!

From three years. We offer half-day courses for three-year olds (Burmiclub). For all other children we offer a whole-day course. For snowboard courses, however, we recommend a minimum age of 8 years. On special request, however, it is also possible for younger children to attend a snowboard course.

Experience shows, that the learning success cannot be compared to the success of a full-day course!

All our instructors speak some Dutch. Please let us know about your instructor preferences on allocation and we will do our best to satisfy them.

Normally there is plenty of space in the group courses. However, we recommend that you book or reserve in good time online, by telephone or by e-mail.

The course days should be consecutive, because the other participants continue with the programme and learn something new every day. This could result in having to change the group. The best thing is to speak to your instructor.

Yes, if you show your guest card (Allgäu-Walser-Card).

On site you can pay cash or by card (not Amex). You can pay online with Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.

Lift tickets and ski passes have to be purchased separately at the cable cars. Prices are available at the following link: https://www.ok-bergbahnen.com/tickets-winter/

Yes. Everyone needs a ski pass to use the cable cars. Recommended for beginners: Before the course, talk to your instructor about which ticket is the best for you for the rest of the week.

We offer half-day courses at the Burmiclub (courses for 3-year-old children), for the cross-country skiing courses and for private lessons. All other (group) courses last 4 hours (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon).

Grouping of children is mainly based on the skiing skills and the age of children. If your children or your friend's children are at the same skill level, please inform the technical manager during the grouping phase on the first day, and we will try our best to put them into the same group.
If the children are not at the same skill level, the child who skis better would have to join a lower skill group to meet the requirements of the weaker child.

Our programme for group courses builds up throughout a week with ski race and a special programme during the weekend. It therefore makes sense to participate in the course for the entire (5) 6 days. It is however also possible to participate fewer days!
